Brian Doherty at Reason Online has written an excellent piece on the cost, futility and continued dogged pursuit of an international prohibition against recreational drugs.
As Mexican drug cartel violence and kidnappings push across the U.S. border in the Southwest, maybe it’s time we start rethinking our policies.
