FORT LUPTON, Colo. - The Ellsworths of Fort Lupton, Colorado, have a neat trick to show guests who ask to use the toilet. The water coming from their bathroom faucet is flammable.

The cause of the combustible H2O is a natural gas leak that has inexplicably breached their home’s water lines. The mix of gas and water is a lively one. So far, the two major gas companies in the area, Noble Energy and Anadarko Petroleum, have been unable to pinpoint the source of the escaping gas.

The well-mannered folks over at BoingBoing are too nice to point out that the Ellsworths’ children can now enjoy all the fun of lighting their farts on fire, with none of that risk of scorched undershorts.
